Matthew graduated from UCSB with his Bachelor of Science in Biology, and following a few years of wandering the wide expanse of America returned to the best coast to earn his M.Arch from the University of Oregon. The allure of sunshine and chill brought him back to California where he joined the Collective shortly after graduation.
With an interest in sustainable design and the integration of nature and the outdoors with architectural design, he is excited to start working in Santa Barbara and deepening his knowledge of the profession.
Outside of work you can find him at the lawn bowl courts, croquet fields or climbing a mountain eagerly waiting for March each year and the return of McDonald's shamrock shakes.
