His incredible eye for detail and contemporary architectural techniques have led him to design some of Santa Barbara’s most notable buildings.

His senior design thesis focused on mixed-use urban infill and its impact and influence on a city. This understanding of architecture’s influence on the community continues to play a large role in the way he conceptualizes his work. Jeff earned his license to practice architecture in the state of California in 2009

Currently, Jeff is a partner at The Cearnal Collective where he has been an integral part of our design team. His strong graphic, 3D computer-modeling and design skills allow our ideas and designs to be better visualized. Over his time with the firm, Jeff has enjoyed working on a wide range of projects.
