Sarah Salem

Sarah earned her Bachelors of Architecture from Temple University in 2010 in Philadelphia, PA. Her design career began at a design-build firm in Philadelphia, as a Project Manager. In the Fall of 2014, after careful consideration Sarah made the decision to leave the snow and rain of Northeast, for the dry desert beaches of Egyptian Red Sea. Working as an Environmental Manager for an eco scuba-diving resort, solidified that her passion not only lie in architecture but in coastal preservations.

Once again throwing caution to the wind Sarah bought a one-way ticket to California in hopes of attending UCSB The Bren School of Environmental Science and Management, while also continuing to grow in the field of architecture. Brian, took a chance on Sarah having her join the Cearnal Collective in the fall of 2015. She greatly enjoys the life long challenge of learning new aspects in the field of architecture, as she looks forward to starting her graduate studies in the Fall 2016.

Sarah enjoys painting and scuba diving... maybe one day she'll be able to do both at the same time. Has a deep love for her family, Egyptian heritage, traveling, and is getting use to all the California sunshine...
